Guest Sign-In (Mandatory)

We want guests who visit the Salmon Arm Fish and Game Club (SAFGC) to have a good experience. A good experience starts with the club’s, and your responsibility for signing in your guest. Explain to your guest that doing so ensures that they are indemnified and receive insurance coverage. NO SIGN-IN means NO COVERAGE.

The sign-in card provides the club the proof to the insurance company that your guest is authorized to be on club property. Should an incident occur involving a guest, a completed sign-in card eliminates an excuse for the insurance company to limit their liability and deny your, or your guest’s claim if an accident occurs.

Guest cards are available at each shooting range. Each guest must complete the guest card before they start shooting. The attending club member must complete the guest card with their:

1. Name
2. Membership Number – first five digits on the back of their key FOB

Guests who do not have a firearms license are required to put their birthdate in place of their PAL License Number.

To ensure privacy of the guests’ personal information, please place the completed card in the yellow metal box. Guest information is collected and managed by one person, the VP – Membership. Guest information is shared with no one.

Guests are limited to two per member. Members must supervise the guests they bring and have them follow all range safety rules.
