FLY FISHING PACKAGE

Conservation of British Columbia’s fish and wildlife is important in today’s world. With increasing urbanization in the province, expanding road networks, large dams, exploration, mining and forestry, it seems that this province’s fish, wildlife and habitat are stressed in a way that they were not 50 or 100 years ago. Fish and game clubs, hunters and fishermen and women are observing the decline of fish and wildlife populations as our modern day world competes for the same land, waterways and oceans. It is the hunters and the people who fish who all contribute significant time and money to enhancing habitat, contributing to research, helping reclaim land, and rebuilding fish and wildlife stocks. On-going conservation and education is the key to the survival of fish and wildlife. This past 40 years, the Salmon Arm Fish and Game Club (SAFGC) has been involved in habitat, fish and wildlife enhancement projects. We have contributed in-king and through funding to help the Shuswap. This is what the proceeds of this raffle will go towards.

All ticket purchases are made through the raffle platform Darelle, It will guide users through the VERY easy purchase process. Payment by card online.
Rules are also on site as they are the general lotto gambling rules which apply in BC. Over 19, purchased in BC, etc. These are questions you get asked as you purchase the ticket and as usual “know your limit, play within it”
You can buy 1 ticket or 100 tickets, it is up to you, they are single tickets so you can buy as many as you want at $10.00 a ticket.
Only big rule not outlined is ANY safgc board members are not allowed to participate in the raffle including their spouses and those directly associated with the raffle ie. Me and Betty-Ann. This is an ethics rule from Lotto BC.  Should a board member purchase a ticket and be drawn as the winner, the prize cannot be collected and the ticket will be redrawn immediately for a new winner.
